YORK HOUSE, WEMBLEY

York House is an existing fourteen storey building located on Empire Way Wembley in the shadow of Wembley Stadium. The Building is in the process of being converted from an existing office building into a residential building with the capacity for 368 units. Two additional floors are being added to the building for use as event spaces and/ or residential amenity spaces.

Cogent Electrical works to project include;

• Electrical Supply, Mains Switch Panel and all Sub Distribution Boards. To include SWA sub Mains and Rising Bus Bars.

• LV Distribution including Metering

• General and Emergency Lighting

• General Small Power.

• Earthing Systems

• Lightning and surge Protection Systems

 

We are carrying out the electrical installation for the entire Mains Distribution, all common areas, Stairwells, 15 & 16 Floors, Sub main and consumer unit to every apartment, Plant rooms, reception area and back of House.

 

The Project Started for us January 2020 and is expected to be complete by June 2021
